You will own the growth funnel, develop full-funnel strategies, and run experiments that drive qualified traffic, maximize conversion rates, and accelerate revenue.

About this position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize the entire marketing funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, partnerships, and organic content.
  • Build and manage performance marketing efforts on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and iterate on landing pages, lead magnets, and CTAs to increase conversion rates.
  • Use A/B testing and data analytics to validate hypotheses and optimize campaigns.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and user journey.
  • Analyze KPIs weekly/monthly and report performance with actionable insights.
  • Identify and test new growth channels or partnerships that can scale revenue.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Looker.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO).
  • Understanding of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B/B2C tech industries.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data dashboards, and CRM tools.
  • Prior experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-positive campaigns.
